Can I pick up in person in North Vancouver?
A. Sorry, we do not have a retail location and therefore cannot offer that option, but with flat rate shipping of only $7.95, its often cheaper than gas on a return car trip. Top of the page

Can I pay by cheque?
A. Yes you can, by mailing your order to the customer service address, but goods / vouchers will only be shipped once the cheque has cleared our bank. This will delay the receipt of your order. Top of the page

Do the electronic items come with batteries?
A. Unless stated, electronic items won't come with batteries. Top of the page

Do the lamps come with light bulbs?
A. Unless stated, lights will not come with bulbs. Top of the page

Can the electrical items be used in Europe?
A. All the electrical items are North American plugs and made for 110v Electricity so no they won’t work in Europe, with the exception of the Solio Solar Charger that works on any voltage as well as solar power. Top of the page

Do you gift wrap?
A. Yes we do. Just check the box on the product or view cart pages. Top of the page

Why do you want my email address?
A. The purpose of taking your email address is so we can send you an invoice and inform you when your package is shipped with a tracking number. It also gives us another way to contact you if an item is out of stock or there has been a problem with payment. Top of the page
